Etaient présents e.a. le Grand-Duc Henri, membre du CIO, le Président du Comité Olympique et Sportif Luxembourgeois (COSL), André Hoffmann, Matthieu Osch, seul athlète luxembourgeois en lice aux Jeux Olympiques d’Hiver, et le chef de mission Heinz Thews.
